The answer to that question is yes obviously but that depends on your location. There are literally dozens of shops in our local CBDs that sport replacement parts for a multitude of devices and they may have yours in hand.
I do however suggest that if your warranty is still valid, then take the phone in for repairs to a registered Samsung dealer/shop which is always the best option in my opinion, even if you have to ask a friend to go out of the country with it or something.. I say this because many replacement parts out there are often non-original and may not work properly or be easily susceptible to damage compared to the original.
