Can I get a mobile landline in Zimbabwe? i.e. chargeable phone that I can travel with and has a landline number?

I am always travelling out of the office. I receive calls on my landline and would like to be able to answer them while out of the office i.e. have a mobile landline phone (that is rechargeable) and landline number.

Can I get this in Zimbabwe and if yes, where?
